Day 242: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water. For lunch, I had pepperoni pizza, salad greens, and blue cheese dressing. For dinner, I had beef stew with potatoes and carrots, and water. For snacks, I had a snickerdoodle cookie (mini), chocolate chip (small), mini sugar cookies, banana, and Chex mix. Today, I walked for one hour and five minutes before work. And, after work, I walked at my grandparent’s house for 26 minutes.
