Day 251: Coronavirus Weight Loss

I had water for breakfast. For lunch, I had salad greens with ranch salad dressing. For dinner, I had spaghetti with meat sauce, polish sausage, Crystal Light Tepache (pineapple) Drink, Parmesan cheese, Texas toast, along with shredded cheese. For snack, I had red grapes and Bourbon pie. For exercise, I walked with Boomer for one hour and five minutes.
