Day 254: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water. For lunch, I had spinach and artichoke dip with crackers. For dinner, I had beef stew, corn bread, Canada Dry ginger ale soda, and Danish butter cookies. For exercise, I walked twenty minutes with Boomer.
