For breakfast, I had Cherry Crystal Light, slimming detox tea, and a small Gala apple. For dinner, I had Canada Dry Ginger Ale, homemade snickerdoodle (mini) cookies, white beans, baked chicken leg, corn bread, and pin wheels. I also had wheat bread. For exercise, I walked Boomer in the morning for 1 hour and 1 minute. And, later, I walked Boomer during lunch for 20 minutes.
