Day 259: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had wheat bread, crackers, and whipped cream. For lunch, I had a small Gala apple. For dinner, I had tuna fish, Lay’s barbecue potato chips, lettuce, tomatoes, water, and pinwheels. For a snack, I had a Payday. I exercised Boomer twice, today. I walked him for an hour during the morning. And, I walked him for twenty minutes during lunch.
