Day 262: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had a Cherry Crystal Light Drink. I also had red grapes, and sparkling watermelon cucumber water from Clear American. For dinner, I had ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich, a bourbon chocolate pie from Kamp’s, sunflower seeds, a cobb salad, and a Cherry Limeade sparkling water. For snacks, I had a banana, barbecue chips, and sweet and spicy pickles. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 5 minutes, did aerobics for two minutes, and I did sit-ups for 8 minutes.
