For breakfast, I had Greek strawberry yogurt, and Crystal Light cherry pomegranate mixed with water. For lunch, I had southwestern salad. For dinner, I had Frito Chili Pie. And, I had chef salad with dressing. For snacks, I had club crackers, sparkling cherry limeade water, and Crystal Light cherry limeade drink enhanced with water. For exercise, I walked Boomer for twenty minutes.
