Day 270: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For lunch, I had a Cherry Crystal Light drink mixed with water, white rice, fried green tomatoes, cornbread, andouille sausage with cabbage, corn on the cob, and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. For snack, I also had pecans, a banana, grape juice, and a Green Goodness smoothie. I walked for one hour and five minutes with Boomer.
