Day 272: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, for breakfast, I had low-fat cottage cheese and water. For lunch, I had water and an apple. For dinner, I had beef stew, Danish butter cookies, shredded cheese, corn bread, and a pink lemonade. For snacks, I had peanut brittle, milk chocolate peanut clusters, cherry pomegranate Crystal Light mixed with water, and sunflower seeds. Today, I walked Boomer for one hour and seven minutes.
