Day 282: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, for breakfast, I had saltine crackers. For lunch, I had low-fat cottage cheese. For dinner, I had salad greens, blue cheese dressing, and Green Goodness smoothie (Bolthouse Farms). For snacks, I had a flatbread chicken melt and whipped topping. For exercise, I did Leslie Sansone “Just Walk” for 25 minutes. And, I walked Boomer for 30 minutes.
