Day 283: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had tap water. For dinner, I had sparkling water and original Mesa chicken salad from Jason’s Deli. For snacks, I had sunflower seeds, peanut butter, Crystal Light cherry pomegranate, and popcorn. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 5 minutes. I shoveled for 30 minutes. And, I cleaned the house for 40 minutes.
