Day 286: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water and cherry pomegranate Crystal Light. For dinner, I had meatloaf, green beans, German chocolate cake, side salad, and salad dressing. I also had caramel and cheddar cheese popcorn. I also had cream cheese. For exercise, I walked Boomer for an hour and five minutes. I walked alone for 17 minutes at three miles per hour.
