Day 287: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had tap water and cottage cheese. For dinner, I had ranch salad dressing and a side salad, chili with beans, shredded cheese, and corn chips. I had a German chocolate cake, lemon lime soda, cheddar cheese popcorn and caramel popcorn. For exercise, I walked for thirty minutes in the morning with Boomer. And, I walked 21 minutes with Boomer in the afternoon.
