Day 293: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water. For dinner, I had Southwestern Chicken Salad from Chick-Fil-A. I had creamy salsa dressing, honey mustard dressing (fat-free), and low-calorie Crystal Light lemon lime drink. For exercise, I walked with Boomer for 1 hour and 2 minutes. During lunch, I walked Boomer again for seventeen minutes. And, I house cleaned for 20 minutes.
