Day 313: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water and Canada Dry Ginger Ale soda. For dinner, I had Canada Dry Ginger Ale, a hamburger patty, macaroni and cheese, andouille sausage, yellow corn on the cob, cherry pomegranate Crystal Light, and shredded cabbage. I also had caramel and cheese popcorn. Today, I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 3 minutes before work. And, I walked for 16 minutes with Boomer during lunch.
