Day 319: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had Fresca. For lunch, I had ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich, barbecue potato chips, sweet and spicy pickles. For dinner, I had chili with beans, corn chips, shredded cheese, and water. For snacks, I had Crystal Light Cherry Drink. For exercise, I walked Boomer for one hour.
