For breakfast, I had Corn Pops. For lunch, I had an apple and gumbo. For dinner, I had chicken breast tenders, a banana, barbecue chips, baked beans, water, biscuit, Ginger Ale (Canada Dry), baked corn, Cole slaw, and a low-calorie lemon lime drink. For snack, I also had a chocolate bar (Snickers). For exercise, I walked for 20 minutes.
