Day 345: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water and a large apple. For lunch, I had gumbo with mozzarella and water. For dinner, I had Dr. Pepper, French fries, and a chicken sandwich. For a snack, I had a medium apple. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 16 minutes. And, I bicycled on a recumbent bike for 11 minutes.
