Day 354: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water. For lunch, I had spaghetti with meat sauce, salad greens, shrimp (boiled), grape soda, Catalina dressing, Texas toast, and pound cake. For snacks, I had Greek strawberry yogurt. I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 2 minutes.
