This morning, I had Greek strawberry yogurt. For lunch, I had salad greens with Catalina dressing. For dinner, I had a Frito chili pie, Sprite, and boiled corn. For snacks, I had pecan delight and a white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie. I walked Boomer during lunch for 18 minutes. I walked at my grandparents’ house for 21 minutes. I also did high-impact aerobics for five minutes.
