For breakfast, I had cottage cheese, and a Cherry Pomegranate Crystal Light. For lunch, I had a Bolthouse Farm’s Green Goodness smoothie. For dinner, I had pancakes, scrambled eggs, and maple syrup. For snack, I had iced cookies, crackers, and cheese, a Payday candy bar, honey graham crackers, and a Sprite. I walked Boomer today for 18 minutes.
