Day 377: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had Fresca soda, water, and cottage cheese. For lunch, I had green tea (Blueberry Slim Life). For dinner, I had ham, turnip greens, fruit salad with whipped cream, and sweet potatoes. For snacks, I had graham crackers, grapes, and strawberry yogurt. I walked with Boomer for a total of 1 hour and 29 minutes. And, I walked alone for 45 minutes.
