Day 379: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had water. For lunch, I had an apple (medium), and Canada Dry ginger ale soda. For dinner, I had a hard-boiled egg, saltine crackers, and tuna salad. For snacks, I had honey graham crackers, barbecue chips, regular potato chips, and pickles. I exercised, today. I walked one hour and ten minutes with Boomer. And, I walked 20 minutes during lunch with Boomer.
