Day 380: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had blackberry lemonade. For dinner, I had grilled chicken salad, cottage cheese, classic ranch dressing, and saltine crackers. For snack, I had sliced pears, popcorn, Fresca soda, and Greek strawberry yogurt. I walked one hour and 10 minutes before work with Boomer. And, I walked 20 minutes during lunch with Boomer.
