Day 387: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had Crystal Light raspberry lemonade. For lunch, I had Jason’s Deli. I had sparkling water, chef salad with blue cheese dressing, potato crisps, frozen yogurt, a tuna fish sandwich and boiled eggs. For dinner, I had ranch dressing, polish sausage, cheddar cheese, Texas Toast, spaghetti with sauce, and a Sprite. For snacks, I had crackers and cheese, as well as a banana. I also walked Boomer for 25 minutes.
