This morning, I had low calorie lemon-lime drink. I also had water for lunch. And, for dinner, I had Pier 88’s shrimp (boiled), a red potato, and shredded cheddar cheese. For snacks, I had creamy peanut butter and low-calorie blackberry lemonade. I exercised today with Boomer by walking with him for one hour and fifteen minutes. I walked by myself later on for twenty minutes.
