Day 405: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had Crystal Light wild strawberry. For lunch, I had a cheese pizza. For dinner, I had green beans and baked beans. For snacks, I had water, an apple, a Payday, and sliced pears. For exercise, I walked Boomer for one hour and 30 minutes, total.

Today, I went to the nutritionist. And, I weighed 237 pounds on the scale. Total loss: 85 pounds.
