Day 408: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I drank water for breakfast. For lunch, I had Crystal Light lemonade mix. For dinner, I had Whataburger with my family (a cheeseburger, Dr. Pepper, onion rings, and an apple pie). For snacks, I had honey graham crackers, a medium Gala apple, and barbecue chips. Today, I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
