Day 411: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had cherry pomegranate (Crystal Light) and water. For lunch, I had popcorn. For dinner, I had chicken and dressing, polish sausage, white coconut cake, and Sprite. I also had snickers for snacks. I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 30 minutes. And, I carried heavy loads for 21 minutes.
