Day 428: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I had fresh mixed fruit, water, Texas toast and barbecue chicken bites. Later on, I had a tuna fish sandwich, potato chips, and a tulip cookie from Panera Bread. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
