Day 448: Coronavirus Weight Loss

I had tap water for breakfast. For lunch, I had a green apple. For dinner, I had Swadley’s Barbecue meal, which included baked beans, macaroni and cheese, macaroni and cheese, beef brisket sandwich with spicy barbecue sauce. I also had grapes and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. I also had a strawberry watermelon drink mix. I walked 1 hour and 2 minutes with Boomer.
