Water mixed with lemonade (Crystal Light) for breakfast. I had Ginger Ale soda (Canada Dry) for lunch. For dinner, I had fresh mixed fruit, water, a cheeseburger and medium fries from Braum’s, and potato barbecue chips for dinner. For snacks, I had a banana, tuna fish salad (small amount), and a Gala apple. This morning, I walked Boomer for 25 minutes.
