Day 455: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had tap water. For lunch, I had a gala apple. For dinner, I had beans and franks, salad greens with ranch dressing, and Texas chocolate sheet cake. For snacks, I had toasted coconut cookie thins, And, I had water mixed in with Crystal Light raspberry lemonade. I walked for 28 minutes with Boomer.
