Day 469: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had water and a raspberry lemonade. I also had a small gala apple for lunch. For dinner, I had a crispy chicken salad with ranch, blue cheese, saltine crackers, and cottage cheese. I also had Crystal Lemonade mix. I walked Boomer for 20 minutes.
