Day 470: Coronavirus Weight Loss

I had water for breakfast, and a cherry Crystal Light for lunch. For dinner, I had Swadley’s Barbecue brisket sandwich with macaroni and cheese, green beans, Dr. Pepper, grapes, snicker doodle cookies, and a white macadamia nut cookie. I walked Boomer for 35 minutes.
