Day 477: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had water. For lunch, I had a smoothie. For dinner, I had a baked white potato with salad dressing (ranch) and cheese (shredded), mixed vegetables, onion (yellow chopped), fresh tomatoes, and ginger ale soda. I had oatmeal cookies. I walked Boomer for 10 minutes.
