Day 485: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had Crystal Light fruit punch and sunflower seeds. I also had water. For dinner, I had lasagna, salad with ranch dressing, Texas toast, Ginger ale soda (2 cans). I also had red grapes, an oatmeal cookie, and sunflower seeds.
