Day 488: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water. I had snacks at work (Chex Mix and Oreo cookies). For dinner, I had Southwest chopped salad, cherry drink with water.


I walked Boomer for 22 minutes. I walked for an hour and 30 minutes at work. I walked for another one hour and six minutes at work. I walked for one hour at work. I walked at a speed of three miles an hour at work. I walked twenty-five minutes at a speed of three miles an hour.
