Day 489: Coronavirus Weight Loss

I had tap water for breakfast as well as cottage cheese. I had two sliced of chocolate pound cake at work.

For lunch, I had the rest of my salad from yesterday. For dinner, I had Braum’s chicken strip dinner, plus a cherry lime Diet Dr. Pepper.

For exercise, I walked Boomer for 22 minutes. I walked at thirty minutes on the flood. I carried heavy loads in the back. I walked for a total of six hours, today all around the store.
