Day 492: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had tap water. For lunch, I had cottage cheese. For dinner, I had chicken and bacon cobb salad, a grape drink, salad dressing (blue cheese). For a snack, I had sunflower seeds and Sprite. For exercise, I walked six minutes with Boomer. Five hours and ten minutes at work. I carried heavy loads.
