July 24, 2021 Weight – 286.5 pounds
July 31, 2021 Weight – 279.8 pounds
GAIN/LOSS – 6.7 pounds lost
TOTAL GAIN/LOSS – 41.2 pounds
MINUTES EXERCISED – 1,834 minutes
Special Note 1: I am doing my weight loss monthly weigh-in early.
Special Note 2: I did not have bariatric surgery! This is all natural weight loss.
My scale needed batteries. I didn’t lose a lot of weight. So, 280s is the right weight. I am near the borderline of 280. So, I am very happy about that.
I continue to walk Boomer for 20-25 minutes every day.
My goals for this month is to get under 280, by losing five to six pounds. I have been over 280 for a very long time. I also want to eat eating healthy meals. I am doing a modified version of keto by eating salads, eating cottage cheese, and increasing my water intake.
I am almost to fifty pounds lost, too. But, that will have to wait. Thanks for reading.
