Day 494: Coronavirus Weight Loss

I am 43 inches on my waist! Today, I went to church. I had communion. For lunch/dinner, I had chicken and brown rice, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and turnip greens. For snack, I had Crystal Light lemonade. I walked for 5 hours and 30 minutes. I carried heavy loads for 20 minutes. I housecleaned for 10 minutes.
