Today, for breakfast, I had water. For lunch, I had Reese’s fun size. For dinner, I had a pear, Southwestern chopped salad, and blue cheese salad dressing. For snacks, I had a lemonade Crystal Light drink. The following are exercises I did: walking Boomer for 20 minutes, walking two hours at 3 miles per hour, carrying heavy loads (25 minutes), walking an hour and 45 minutes, walking 3 hours and 30 minutes.
