Day 496: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had a pear. For lunch, I had peanut butter and jelly crackers. For snack, I had black forest ham and I had turkey. For snacks, I had Braum’s chicken strip dinner, Diet Dr. Pepper, a medium pear, and Crystal Light lemonade. I walked Boomer for 25 minutes. I carried heavy loads for 25 minutes. I walked for four hours at a time. And, I walked one hour and 50 minutes at three miles per hour.
