Day 502: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had iced tea. For lunch, I had a cream cheese Danish. For dinner, I had chicken and bacon salad, as well as water, plus black cherry water. For snacks, I had peanut butter crackers, a medium pear, and sunflower seeds. I walked Boomer for fifteen minutes. And, I walked for 5 hours and 20 minutes at work.
