Day 503: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water. For lunch, I had cottage cheese. For dinner, I had a turkey and cheddar submarine sandwich and black cherry water. For a snack, I had peanut butter crackers and blackberry lemonade. I walked Boomer for 15 minutes. I walked at work for 8 hours. I carried heavy loads for 20 minutes.
