Day 512: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had water. For lunch, I had an ice cream sandwich. For dinner, I had a New York sub, black cherry water, and I had a green apple. I also had peanut butter crackers along with peanut butter for protein (creamy). I exercised at work for five hours (walking). And, I marched in place for two hours and forty-five minutes.
