Day 516: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I had water for breakfast. For lunch, I had cookies and a Kit Kat mini. For dinner, I had a bratwurst, green Jello, Cole slaw, potato salad, a cheeseburger, icebox cake, and corn on the cob. For snacks, I had a peanut butter (creamy), and peanut butter crackers.

Today, I walked for four hours and fifteen minutes. Today, I marched in place for three hours and fifteen minutes.
