Day 517: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I had water for breakfast. For lunch, I had gluten free animal crackers, beef frank, green Jello and pineapple (with cottage cheese, Cole slaw, southern pit barbecue beans, and an ice box cake. I walked for almost seven hours. And, I marched in place for over an hour.
