Day 523: Coronavirus Weight Loss

I had water for breakfast. I had a green apple, ranch cobb salad, and black cherry water for dinner. I also had turkey sticks and popcorn for snacks. I walked for 2 hours and 45 minutes. And, I marched in place for 5 hours and 45 minutes.
